Hello there guys and gals.
Here we are one, full-week after the update and people are getting interested. I'm really enojying making these new products for everyone and the feedback I get is always great. Be it good or bad.
Which brings me onto this week's topic of conversation.
My aims for TheApparelGuy over the next year or so and what tis means for you guys and little bit of personal stuff that has been going on since I've been gone. If you'd be so kind as to endulge a little self-reflection.
So, as some of you know this page has been somewhat of a passion-project of mine, with no real aspirations of success at all. I have run it by myself and created every single product available in store.
All I can say within the last 5 years is how thankful I am.
Being featured on major design websites and on top-lists for some of the best apparel resources online, I am incredibly grateful.
It has allowed to me re-consider my career in Design and has given me the experience and belief that I can run this legitimately as a business.
Not just to benefit myself, but in order to keep providing for you lot. Week on week.
I had (approximately) a 2 year hiatus from my career, a very trying and testing time in my life. In fact, the last year has probably been the hardest year of my life so far.
To have come out of this and now be on the verge of owning and operating my own business is just crazy, for me personally. I couldn't have imagined I could be in this position even 6 months ago.
It's for these reasons and many more that I'm whole-heartedly committed to providing you with the best service I can.
As you may have noticed, new templates are recieving free updates, these may not always be free depending on how much work I have to put in, but ultimately the purpose is to give you more for what you paid for (or didn't! Free templates are being updated too).
On top of this I am going to be trying to provide as many different resources as I can come up with. Keep sending me requests! I love them and you always think of things I just can't.
Also, this is why I have set up these new polls and forums. To help you get the best possible customer service and have resources available you will find useful, ones which you actually want.
In summary, I want TheApparelGuy to be a hub for like-minded creatives to get free and extremely affordable resources, to hopefully help you make your own money, from being your wonderful creative selves.
Every purchase, download, comment, tweet, instalike, facebook like and share help me on my journey. Help me keep creative, help me have the resources to provide for you, most importantly.
